Tango Outdoor @ Central Park Aug. 2008

HISTORY of this wonderful outdoor milonga is now in 
its 12th year - original creator was Lucille Krasne 1997 (from 
her Hit & Run Tango, HIT and RUN TANGO, or Hit n Run Tango, they 
were usually just a one time tango dance she set up around town - any
where! for tango dancers to have fun dancing and to expose NYC to tango. 
As you can tell this one was a Hit & Stayed!) assisted & then solely continued by Gerald, Art & Rick 1997-98. Rick 98-99. Rick continued with Trey 2000-2004. Trey continued on with 
Hernan 2005-2006. In 2007 Trey bribed (ha-ha) "semi-retired host" Rick back due to Hernan taking a tango teaching gig on Long Island! Now in 2008 Trey & Rick continue the tradition but have new recruits helping out some this summer - Contact Us asap if you are interested helping out with this wonderful NYC event!
