Nice Zelda, the only thing that you could do is to Up-smash out of shield instead of roll. I learned that from watching Magus, it is very effective on fast fallers.

I could, but only in certain situations and according to the version. If it's anything past version 1.0, then I risk the danger of the opponent, no matter who they are, DIing out of the smash before it's even done.

Poor Zelda... she got hit the hardest when the multi-hit lag got introduced. It made her fsmash a lot less useful and her usmash almost completely useless. ;.;

I heard that you are the best in Michigan...

You happen to play with the same chars I do... I was wondering if you had some tips for Zelda and Peach?

Ah... sorry for the late reply. I'm not the best in Michigan, sadly. That title is reserved for Dope.

However, I recommend playing various people, and never computers, if at all possible. Are you in MI? If so, where? There most likely are some somewhere. Until then, try and get some technical aspects in practice, like l-canceling and wavedashing. The rest, such as spacing, will come through experience, sadly, so it can be a bit hard to say.

Finding your own unique style is a definite plus, like you've seen of my Zelda and, somewhat, of my Peach as just a more minor example.

There are lots of people out there better than me, however. The smashboards is also a great place to find more info. I hope I helped a little, at least. ^_^
