Here is a video showing our kits being beaten by a hammer. We thought it would be nice to show how durable our kits are. In the video you will see the ballast directly connected to the bulb, no camera tricks. Our Meng Motorsports HID kits start at $109.99! Quality and customer service is our top priority! Visit www.mengmotorsports.com

*Please do not try this at home. This video was merely done to prove our kits can handle the test.

  • Huge fan of Meng Motorsport's. These guys made my day with my 12000k HID Kit. It started kinda bad when my high beams were out of stock and won't be in till Wednesday. Tony had emailed me about the issue and delays. I had needed them by Saturday and I live in Maine (Its like Canada, eh?). They still got me them Saturday morning and I had them installed by 2 pm and problem free. They included a gawdy license plate frame but they delivered with a vinyl decal. Overall love the customer service!

  • @CigmaDub

Thank you very much for the kind words! Ahh, sorry about the delay but I am truly happy to know they came in okay. Usually with delays we will ship the items via Priority mail instead of ground to make up for the lost time and good thing in this case it worked. Enjoy the HIDs!

  • quick question.... do you bulbs have open spades? or they have that plastic housing cover thing?

  • @Malikot911

Are you referring to the way the bulbs are packaged? They come with the plastic housing covers.

  • @MengMotorsports I meant the positive and negative wires from the hid bulbs that coonects to my car headlight plugs... i bought a pair for headlights from another company and the negative and positive wire keeps coming out because the only way to keep them in is by using electric tape.. Im sorry if I am confusing u guys but i seen your other vids and it looks like your bulbs are the ones I am looking for..

  • @Malikot911

OH! You are talking about the factory plug and play harness. Yes all our kits come with an actual harness. The only spade connectors are H3 bulbs but those are spade from factory. If you have sizes such as H11 or 9006 etc, they will come with the corresponding factory harness plug on our V.1 HID kits.

  • Kits are $109.99 and are fully in stock and comes with a three year warranty =]. We are not hmong, but we do have asian employees.

  • how much are your kits..........r u guys hmong?

  • @alexiswhaa

Thanks for viewing our video! This video was not taken as a sole factor to prove that our kits are better than the competition. It was mainly to show how durable the ballasts are designed. Not many ballasts can take a beating with a hammer. This video just proves our ballasts are durable by showing that their is sufficient rubber injection protecting the quality electrical components that make up the ballast. It's nice to know that the ballasts could take the beating =].

  • so how does this prove that the quality of your HIDs are better than anybody elses? i dont know how hitting a hammer relates it to a ballast taking a beating once installed in a car. its not like its going to swinging around when youre driving.
