How'd he get there? There's like no way to get there! He must've used that Kargorak to get there...

If you cant see him, watch 0:14 a few times. theres kind of a reddish lump on the right bridge? Postman is bein a cool dude, leaning on the railing, watching you bash into the broken, flimsy bridge hes standing on.
He will deliver your mail in hell if need be. He will never surrender.
