Cross Game Invites on the PS3

Most people dont know that Cross Game Invites are currently available on the Playstation 3. In the video below i show you that it is in fact available, but still has some bugs that need to be worked out.

Yesterday i was approached from an old friend at the DLB-Network, Snake-00. He noticed that with Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, you can accept online Party Invitations within any other game.

Once you accept an invite, it tells you that you have to quit the current game your in.
Once you agree to that, it then tells you to eject the current game and replace it with Modern Warfare 2.
Once you insert the disc, it will then take you directly to the Online Party, saving you the hassle of dealing with the menu system.

This doesnt always work, but when it does it works well.

Also, you have the option to accept invites directly from the XMB, without being in the game. The only problem is that this never works. It looks like its going to work, but then your faced with a never ending black loading screen.

You cross game invite for months now. They way it works in MW2 is the EXACT same way other games have been doing for months.

Stop trying this "No RE5 via XMB excuse". This is old news. No difference in the way MW2 does it to many number of other games.

Go play any game.. have someone send you an invite from a different game than the one your playing.. you cannot accept it.. With MW2, you can...

yo sand man i think people are confuzed about this cross game invite. i mean we both played re5 and raibow six, did they have invite like this, no way on this fucking earth.
