  • Thats not a left handed SG, thats a right handed SG flipped. The Epiphone is backwards.

  • @paulskater911 it is a left handed one, even though the logo is the same, if it was reversed, it would read backwards. Look at gibsons and any other brand for that matter, both left and right handed models have the logo going the same way. Also, look at the body in the video, it's a lefty because the holes are on the left hand side.

  • What did you mean by "sanding in the direction of the wood" I'm a bit lost lol

  • @stark182nd When you reach the wood after sanding down the paint, you will notice that it follows a certain direction. To follow the grain of the wood, just sand in the same direction of the lines in the wood. Hope this helped!

  • How long did each coat take to dry? please please reply.

  • @elementos94 Well it depends on what brand of paint you are using. Most primers dry fairly quickly, but you should leave it a while before re-coating, to ensure that the undercoat is thoroughly dry. Paint and lacquer usually take longer. Look on the back of the can. It will give you everything you need to know.

  • is it fine not reaching the wood so much ???????

  • Hi, that guitar looks great! I'm planning on repainting a bass. I was wondering would it work to sand all paint away so that only wood is left and then stain it? You know, to get a darker wood grain look in it? That would be finished off with clear laquer. Thanks!

  • how long did it take to do this? cause i want to paint my ibanez GSR from a glossy red to a kinda matte black, but i play at church and i only have one bass

  • Woaa, it looks really sick bro! Thanks for the video.

  • after sanding, and adding primer, i started to put lacquer paint, but after spraying, bubbles appear on the surface. what did i do wrong? please help. thanks.

  • Did you use the gloss or the satin varnish?

  • cheers for the video mate :)
