where are you from? AMC began in Israel in 1999 with episodes from 1994. Unfortunately AMC did not get much rating and it stopped in 2004.

Liz Sloane was. she is the blosde woman talking to Brooke English. she playes since autumn 1994 until spring 1995. she caused Edmund's drop when he ran to the elections. there was a scandal when she and Edmund kisses and the picture was publicized at the newspaper. Maria and Edmund almost broke up.

Dixie... Trevor... Laurel... Edmund... Broooke... Maria... Julia... Tom... WOW! Most of these characters senselessly killed off by idiot writers causing me to finally stop watching this show about 2 yrs ago until the writing change roped me in this past fall.

It's getting a LITTLE better, but NOTHING compared to what we see here... SIGH...

Wow I remember that Edmund walking in on his own funeral. I was so happy. Maria and Edmund to this day were always my favorite.

This just reminded me of the whole story of adoption and when Maria slept with Dimitri. I was so sad for Edmund but I loved Dimitri and he was hurting from Erika that I felt for them. And then Maria got pregnant. Wow... I miss those day of AMC. I must have been like 10.

Robin Mattson as Janet and Sarah Michelle Gellar as Kendall. Ugh, the show was so good back then. I dropped off in the late 90s when all the little kids grew up overnight and it became a love/sex teen fest. I miss those two ruthless bitches! lol

@GenXorcist1976 I hate Ryan worse than any other character on AMC except Michael Cambias, I hate Michael Cambias too but I think I hate Ryan more. I wish Ryan would just stay away from Greenlee!! Brian Frons and the people at AMC need to get a hint ''WE DON"T LIKE RYAN/GREENLEE, maybe in the past we liked them but the fans don't like them no more. I wish Gillian back and she gets back with Ryan, I also wish Leo would come back and he gets back with Greenlee!!

Oh at least it's just Ryan now... remember when the show was practically HIJACKED by Laverys??? BLECH!!! But I couldn't agree more - why does ABC insist that we LIKE this character?? "Soap Digest" even did a recent poll on Ryan and Greenlee and nearly half polled said they FF all their scenes! LISTEN TO YOUR FANS!!!

@juliafan310 - I still remember that scene where Brooke broke up with Edmund to be with Tad. That scene made me cry more than any other scene ever has I think. Probably because of Julia Barr. She can cry on cue and is so believable. You really felt like she was in pain having to sacrifice her love for what she thought would be best for her child. I wish I could watch that scene again and see if it is just as touching as I remember.
