@cloe08 I would attempt to answer this except I'm kind of stabbing in the dark without having your phone in my hands and trying to connect it myself. I would check that your phone is connecting to your wifi signal properly by making sure other devices that are connected are receiving internet or testing a different application on the phone to see if it gets a data connection. This will isolate the source more. From there you would then look at the IE application's settings or uninstall
