#15. An overlooked Survivor Series Elimination Match.
#14. Highly underrated IC Championship Match; the best match of Chyna's career.
#13. A great Triple Threat Match.
#12. Steel Cage Match rarely brought up.
#11. You know when Vince McMahon is on the card, you know you're gonna have an entertaining match.
#10. When Shane McMahon/Test is the best match of a ppv, you know the ppv was bad. But with that, this was an unbelievable street fight. Shane McMahon for his contributions in amazing matches deserves a spot in the Hall of Fame.
#9. One of the more underrated matches between these two.
#8. Up there with their Summerslam 1998 match as their best match against each other.
#7. Great match, questionable finish.
#6. The Six Pack Challenge. If only Taker wasn't injured.
#5. Just as good as their WM Match.
#4. Austin/HHH is pure gold always.
#3. A phenomenal I Quit Stunt Show.
#2. The match that saved WM XV from total failure.
#1. As great as Austin/Rock WM XV was, you have to give it to Edge, Christian, Matt & Jeff Hardy on their performance in that Ladder Match. The first Tag Team Ladder Match in the TIT Final; they changed the Ladder Match forever. Easily the match that defines all 4 mens careers.

I agree with #1 the rest were just punch/kick matches. There really weren't any good pure wrestlers on the roster then, maybe Owen but he wasn't used much. Lol at those pics of HHH before he got on the gas.

During these years they never really had any great matches on Raw, you could expect at least half decent matches at PPVs; but an average Raw main event in 1999 would be about 6 minutes long with screw jobs, run-ins and DQ finishes being the norm. This ranking tends to reflect that.
