I downloaded No$gba 2.6a on my Windows 7 computer and every time I double click on it, it only opens the Insert Cartridge window. It doesn't even open the emulator. And when I try to select a cartridge, an error pops up saying, "Cartridge not found". How do I get No$gba to open?

it says data could not be read, please turn off the power then remove and reinsert the ds game card
