@theguymjp It's just a result of bad rendering .This video was probably ripped from another website or something.

yep i agree with ACIDDAYZ i use BLIMP, and a furry over that. those black foam things are crap. i wouldnt have even recomended them. tell everyone to use a blimp. you can get mini blimps as well

The mics the hammer is and she's the nail

What windshield system are you using in the final test? I have a rycote blimp, but I'm looking for a wind sock with longer hair, and the one you are using is perfect.
-
@nigel101 yeah but you want some background noise else it would seem like the voices are addded in when this is added with added background noises / music you sont hear the wind
-
she's hot. wind is a microphones worst enemy

Obvious clipping is obvious.
I made a little dead cat for my mic myself... used a bird feeder to give distance between the mic and the fabric. Cost £2 and works beautifully.
It's funny how this video is about recording good audio, yet there's lots of clipping. :\

nasty clipping on an piece about audio, Never use anything but a blimp outdoors. That black bit of foam won't stop a gnat's fart.
