Nethack with sound! Potions demo.

Alright! Here's another video showing what Nethack can be like with sound! This video shows all the sounds from drinking potions. Uncursed potions. While you're not confused. Or blind. Or... well the list goes on!

Note: This was created in wizard mode (kinda obvious I know!), and was a huge pain to setup. The Elbereths were to keep monsters away from the potions. Unfortunately while setting up some of them became imperfect... They should have been burned into the floor, but i didn't feel like doing everything over again! =P

Note 2: I don't play on wizard mode normally, so please don't flame me.

okay I know what i siad on the last video but i now realize this game is better with out sound maybe or maybe it is better with IDK

Oh and one question do you like hace a net hack map editor??????

Nope I don't have a map editor. The sounds are a matter of personal preference, a lot of people prefer the game without sounds. I really enjoyed adding sounds to the game, and enjoy playing with them on!

As I can remember, Doom original wav sounds can be extracted with some ad-hoc utility that I used to have years ago.

Anybody interested to have them?

Thanks for the reply could you make a second version were some monsters make doom2 or doom3 sounds I would like to were a newt roar like demon
