@BDizzleNY06 @flymarco2 pretty much angie martinez stepped in the game and wendy got fired from hot 97, thats when angie became "the voice of new york"

@brickzbrasilian Yeah that true...Angie used to come on right after Wendy from 6-10PM. She was very safe and not controversial like Wendy...At the time when Wendy was fired, she exposed a lot of the artists who pretty much kept the station going.
