love the comments, you people obviously don't understand the situation(which was explained in the description). The customers were left alone stuck at the airport without even providing food or water (against Finnair policy). When they went to their office, they (the indian staff) started threatning the customers to get out, instead of giving a shit about the customers situation. Who only demanded their rights.
Every single one in the staff should be sacked.
