First 4.5 minutes sums it all up. People always wanted to share their emotions, thoughts, views, etc. and did that by all the means available. Modern world alows almost everyone to do that in vast variety of ways.

One's thought or an emotion can not be called 'noise' simply because of the fact that it's PACKAGED unprofessionally. Cave paintings are still art regardless of their unprofessionalism.

So most likely it's one's failure to see the essence of art, but not the lack of an art itself.
