I understand your sentiments but there was a time when women washed the feet of all that came to the temple. More importantly in these times if washing the feet of another believer is a problem than that believer with the problem may need to be delivered.

Nevertheless, it is your opinion as to what is inappropriate to you. We also wash the children feet and teach them to do the same. We just believe different

this is good. but the men and women do not wash each others feet in our church.. It is in appropriate. Men wash men and Women wash women.

Many churches don't do this anymore. Our church does it on good friday & new years with communion. The woman wash the woman feet & the men wash men. We usually sing "oh Lord not only my feet"!!
