    I'm American, the song's called "The Liberty Bell", and I too can't keep a straight face every time I hear this song. It's never been a song of American ideals and patriotism; it will always be a song of British pranks and lunacy. Thank God for the Chaps.

    Goddammit, I went to my first Fourth of July party today and the brass band played this song - apparently it's a patriotic one in the States. I almost shit myself trying not to cry with laughter while surrounded by all these rednecks taking the song seriously.
