Steve Young knows much more about football then Matt Millen. Young is a good analyst. I saw Millen crying on ESPN for his collage coach Joe Paterno, a man with complicity in the child molestation coach at Penn State.

I can't believe they didn't band together to destroy Favre on TV (yeah I can because Young wouldn't do such) since Young only beat Favre once and Millen never did as a player or GM

I don't get all the hate for Millen, he was a good football player (4 super bowl rings and a pro bowler) The fords should take the heat for hiring a guy who wasn't a football executive and then keeping him on way to long! He should of been fired after 3 years, not 7 years

Now Millen just got let go from Monday Night Football. Thank God! Now we don't have to worry about him going into Ford Field for the MNF game with da Bears in October to "give his insight."

I hate Matt Millen. What he did to my Lions was beyond incompetence. The Fords hired him because he was a articulate and charming. They made the classic mistake of confusing ability with charm and articulation -- kind of like what has happened with the country voting for Obama.
