Ashok Upadhyay a legendary news anchor. Ashok started journalism with MILAP, A hindi daily in Hyderabad and worked many years . But legend personality search his right and suitable place for himself. Ashok ji joined ETV in 2001. He was launching person of ETV Hindi news channel. Mr. RAMOJI RAO the chairman of RAMOJI film city and ETV directly touch with ashok ji for many issues of news items and other problems. Ashok ji well known anchor of ETV network's viewer's is desk in charge of ETV-RAJASTHAN in starting days but after then he promoted as news coordinator( this post is equal to output head in Delhi media). Ashok ji joined VOICE OF INDIA in march 2008 as senior producer.
