FFVII - Level 8 Cloud vs Sephiroth (Buster Sword ftw!)

The final battle of Final Fantasy VII. Cloud is at the lowest possible level and he's using his weakest weapon. How much damage will Omnislash deal? See for yourself.

Since so many people have argued about it, I might as well add that there are only two options in this battle. Use Omnislash as seen in this video or let Sephiroth attack as seen in the video response. What materia and limit breaks you had before the battle doesn't matter.

And no matter what people say, it's impossible to lose. Some people claim to have lost, but that's 100% pure BS. It simply cannot be done.

Sephiroth seemed to have a HP roughly the same as Air Buster... how embarrassing for him.

The first time I got to this part, I wanted to wait a second before using Omnislash... Sephiroth attacked, I countered. I cried for 15 minutes. Then I equipped the buster sword before battling bizzaro sephiroth and had to get through safer sephiroth before using Omnislash on Sephiroth. It just seemed right to use the buster sword on the last battle rather than the Ragnarok (I forgot to steal the Ultima Weapon from Ultimate Weapon... that is how you get it, right?).

I will admit the first time I got to Safer Sephiroth...I equipped the buster sword for Cloud. I didn't know about this fight until it came up...I do not regret de-equipping the ultima sword for that.

Don't know why...it just seemed like a good way to end it. Zack started it and Cloud ended it - With the same weapon.

Seemed fitting i guess.
