MNS - When Milwaukee Public Schools pilot-tested after school dinners three years ago, they were only offered at four locations. Next year they will be offered at all 53 community learning centers at a cost of nearly $500,000, paid primarily through targeted federal funds earmarked for the program. Meanwhile the district is looking to cut $33 million from the annual budget and could layoff more than 680 employees.
How about a buget for clothing and then a CAR when they graduate.

I survived most of my highschool career on one sandwich at lunch, plus a bottle of water, and a dinner at home. Essentially 1.3 meals. I'm sorry, apparently I couldn't concentrate and was forced to get a 94. This is horseshit.
