@ChinaD28 Thats how I feel. You see this at a whole lot of family owned jobs. Daddy is always going to make sure his children are taken care first and foremost. I hate it when people automatically hate on Beyonce for the attention and success she has garnered from Destiny's Child and her solo career. Whether people are fans of hers or not, Beyonce has pure raw talent when it comes to singing and performing.

here's a thing, all of beyonce solo albums + singles + tours did so well but for kelly side, MS Kelly didn't do well compare to B Day and so that's why kelly had to let go of Matthew and find new manager that can help her find new inspirations for her comback album! she even left columbia also all because of that!

Let's get real...have you guys ever heard Kelly Rowland sign live? She always sound like she is out of breath, so how can you say that because she is not getting the same promotion as Beyonce is the reason behind her not succeeding. people need to stop gettin on matthew kelly needs to think purely business. if that was YOUR child would you really want someone elses child to be more successful than yours. no. you would do everything in your power to make your child shine and throw in a couple backup dancers to make her look even better. not sayin kelly or michelle is a backup dancer they are both astounding singers. but they should have realized that matthew was working for his daughter first and THEN the group.

What a great Man this Mister Knowles, he did everything to bring her daughter to the top, he gaved all he had & more, plus he managed her which kept her safe form predators...I tell you; if every fathers were like him, our children would grow up to be all confident and fulfilled adults for sure.
