I remember going to a few street races when I was a kid (my friend's brother ran a 1988 IROC Z Camaro and invited to go with him every know and then). There would be LARGE groups of people there (most of the time, not all the time). It started to change after The Fast and the Furious came out. Cops cracked down hard which is why I haven't seen large groups at street races in a while (well, not as large as back then, anyway). I used to meet girls at street races but now there's only guys. :(
