(edit- damn it's been quite sometime since I made this almost 6000 miles. Bike is at 18000 now I should make a better version of this more thoroughly)

Tried to recreate the acceleration problem I had but it didn't do it again. so it's just a vid with a few short bursts of acceleration in normal mode, power mode, and manual mode. Up until the point I was asked to leave by security. I was doing this at the far away end of the mall parking lot where noone was around

  • Is the Burgman nicer than the silverwing?

  • I dunno if it's nicer but I know its bigger and I'd prefer one over the Silverwing.

Theyre mostly similar except different engine size and the CVT. Silverwing has mechanical CVT with rollers like the B400 but B650 has the electronic controlled CVT

  • Check the drive belt, make sure it is to spec (it does use a drive belt, right?)

If it uses rollers, that might also be the problem!

Also, if it is a drive belt, sometimes rubber crud can jam up some components, hope this helps if you have not fixed it yet!

  • It's a computer controlled CVT with a kevlar belt that spins the thingy that turns the final gear drive which is 5 gears lined up to spin the wheel. (Lol I just made it so much more confusing) It's fixed its just that the computer got "fooled". I can recreate it now by rolling down a slight hill when the clutch disengages at 8-9mph and I give it gas. It confuses it somehow so it takes it about 2 seconds to readjust

  • ma che cazzo fai???

  • um... what?

  • Holy shit the 650 is fast.. lol

  • It is not a problem. Only security, as your centre stand is not properly top. Or his switch is out of service due to a dirt (mud, water ...). Pirmil

  • thats right you gotta mow
