The choreography is performed about 1/2 as good as it should be i know. i just made this up a little while ago so my body still doesn't know it yet... i have been out of gym since 2005 and i just started up again. this is for collegiate gymnastics possibly so yea i'm not going for the Olympics or anything...

help me find the mistakes. also i took out the front handspring front layout and substituted it for a front tuck because the floor is really dead. but i will do front handspring front layout in competition. it just wasnt my day with that skill...

problems i see:
feet separation in backhandspring x2
lack of height in layout
arched back in layout
pike before landing in layout
floppy legs in switch leap (maybe not 180)
bent leg in valdez
feet separation in front tuck
no open up before landing in backtuck

  • It's kinda of hard to tell but it looks like you may have bent your back leg a little in your switch leg leap, you also didn't solute before your layout pass, i'm not sure if you are required to or not but you did in all your other ones. Other than that bery solid ruteen, you should score well with it, you have great form!

  • You look very flexible and 'smooth', i dont know much about gymnastics so your 'problems' are invisible to me xD

  • you need a handspring front tuck in that routine of a fron tuck to handspring. it obligated. nicely danced thoug! =)
