It's really kind of like each country can dominate at certain parts of bboying while other countries boasts in another. In my opinion, Korea would be the ones that have creative and difficult power and amazing beat killers, but USA has a much more complex and fresh foundation and rarely crash (bboys like Ronnie, Thesis, Luigi, Machine). Point being, no country can really boast the best bboys.
