The 'Koru Dojo' It is a unique structure, set in a beautiful natural environment, well worth visiting, even if you do not have time to stay and train.
'Koru' is the Maori word for the curled fern tree frond and signifies 'new beginnings' or 'creativity'.
Also known as the 'Aiki Dome' the new dojo is an ideal venue for gasshuku training camps.
they told me "YOU ARTN A SENSEI, YOU ARE A WARRIOR".

Fantastic video David and what a beautiful dojo !
I haven't been training for a few years now, largely due to travel, but will make a bee-line for your dojo upon my return to NZ.
Best wishes Paul Radcliffe (former aikidoka with you at One Tree Hill and Grey Lynn).
