Inside the slantfaced oven, I have a pan of bisquits in a black pan with a glass cutting board over it, and a dozen of eggs I am cooking for egg salad. One doesn't need to put any water in the pan to cook them, but I put just a little in, just enough to cover the bottom to create some steam.

They cooked perfectly, I left them in this oven a little longer than I do in the nesco because its a little cooler, so they stayed in about 1 1/2 or so hours. the bisquits were done in 2. I did though, take them out and put them in the nesco to brown a little.
