I had a huge issue with them too!!!... Their products is ok but service is HORRIBLE!!!!!I had to dispute a transaction with them I talked to the owner as well he's an ass & has no type of remorse for issues with his company
I really like the way you swatched the colors. I like the black under them. Look forward to the tutorials on these shadows. OMGosh i would have freaked if I had read that after paying that much and thinking i just lost it. It's good that you told about this just in case it happens to those of us that watched this. You so right, they should be trying to get in touch with you. I would have probably been so made at his attitude that i would have told him this will be the last time Mr. Jerk.
living in canada is so annoying! ordering anything is way expecsive and sephora stuff is more like even in the stores...oh well ther are ups and downs for everything. but thatnks for the warning, doent sound like a good time ordering from them

I expect a lot because I give a lot (I've worked in customer service for several years). I'm glad you got your purchase, though. Karma will bite him in the ass, I guarantee it. ;)
