Nah it does look like Samanosuke..but I remember a movie I looked at called House of the Flying Daggers..similar artwork and clothing of both in the pic and on the movie...idk maybe I'm wrong maybe I'm not. Look up House of the Flying Daggers and see if I'm correct or not
