A Call Center Representative being coached a non approved cup into the office.
****Everything is entirely fictional including events and characters....if you feel you act like some of these people (I am flattered you think so) but shame on you for being so mean....as this stuff is crazy****

  • It would be funny if this wasn't all so true. Untrained managers are allowed to run wild & abuse employees at will at stock symbol T. And the very powerful legal team is there to clean up their messes on a daily basis. Upper management will never acknowledge how counterproductive this is to the productivity they want from us. Negative reinforcement is a poor way to run a company.

  • oh i know mine is even better. i got a very dissatified on a call where the customer said i was awesome & the best rep she ever spoke to. then after i sld the customer a package & the customer said she was very satisfied i passed to tech support for dsl. the tech support rep who was in india & didnt speak english took over the call.  customer rated me very disatisfied. no way i could dispute it even though i wasnt the last rep who she spoke too!

  • I got a report that I received a very dissatisfied. I was infuriated when I reviewed the account and found out that I helped the customer and he was indeed very satisfied with my service that I provided. I didn't even place an order on this account and he received a TACR evaluation call. The customer scored me very dissatisfied because he was upset about the company's cell phone registration process. The worst part is I didn't even sell him a wireless phone. The previous associate sold it to him

  • I filed a union grievance & sent emails and copied myself and printed it so that in case they deleted the emails I had a paper copy of it, to get paid for 6 minutes they didn't pay me for going to the bathroom between break and lunch. They get on an intercom and it blasts all over the office and on all the walkie talkies, and say : so and so is logged out and it's not on his schedule. Does anyone have a visual on them? People outside the company think it's an easy job, but people have ulcers

  • I laughed sooo hard after looking at all 3 of these and i laugh because it is so true. I found myself on every bad side of the biggest teleco co. professional help??? it seems to be a virus at the biggest telco company just like the not caring virus, and the tacr virus. If you still are there make sure your meds and shots are up to date because you WILL get sick!
