FYI for your information, the FBI just released crime statistics and despite the US having the largest population in its existence (305 Million)the murder rate has dropped to an all time low.

I think these so called  "gun free zones" are potential killing fields, that leave even retired and off duty police defenseless... because in many states, "gun free zones" don't allow such people to be legally armed, though there are NO ARMED SECURITY or even METAL DETECTORS maned by armed security guards.... so there is no one providing your protection!

You might as well "hope" not to be the one that's gona get shot execution style or robbed, or raped etc.
