Kung Fu Fighting - C64 DEMO - 1986

When I was much younger I was super in the commodore 64. One of the pivotal moments in my personal computing history was when I first heard this demo. I was absolutely blown away that you could use a computer to listen to music.

It's pretty hilarious to think that this is what I was listening to when I thought that!

What you see and hear before you,

Was the first time i had ever heard a computer actualy play music,

I had this software programme for my c64,

When I showed people they were shocked to the core,

It was the first time anyone had heard music stored on a computer,

Well home users anyway !

A lot of respect for the programmer !

@delldimension2345 yup took me forever to find it on the demo scene release sites, but the exact same thing for me. First time I heard a computer play music, blew me away: my first thought was: "this is going to be popular"!

I remember I downloaded this from some bulletin board around 1986. The file was huge! It practicly took up one side of a floppy disk. I wonder who wrote this & how long it took? Pretty amazing for those days!!!

Ha! I can't believe I found this online. Thanks for posting it! This demo was on the flip side of a copy of "Way of the Exploding Fist" I got from a friend. Brings back memories.
