i fell yesterday skating and now it hurts to walk and probably have a huge bruise on my left thigh, but good news is my writing professor didn't show up for class today and cancelled the quiz we were supposed to have and we all get credit for it :)

"Wow! I can't believe you beat me!" Nick said after I had completely crushed him.
"I told you I was good, but did you believe me no," I said laughing.
"Yeah, okay," Nick said laughing as my phone started ringing.
"They are so impatient," I said as I answered Stephanie and Leigh's call. "Guys I'm kinda busy at the moment. I promise I'll call you later," I said and hung up.
"Friends?" Kevin asked.
"Yeah. They want all the details about my mystery guy," I laughed.
"Of course they do, Joe said."
"So when are you guys going on tour again?" I asked.
"Actually were leaving in a few weeks to go to Bost-" Kevin started to say.
"Massachusetts," Joe interrupted.
"Joe, it's fine. I have to get over it at some point, but thanks anyways it was a nice gesture," I said. It felt good to know that Joe cared and that he wanted to protect me, but it had been almost four years and it was time for me to get over what happened and not freak out every time I heard the word Boston and I think Joe could help me.
"Hey, do you think it would be okay if I went to Boston with you guys?" I asked.
"Are you sure?" Joe questioned me.
"Yeah, I think it will be good for me. I need to put it behind me and you're the only one that knows besides my parents. You'll help me right?" I asked Joe.
"Of course," Joe said smiling and I smiled back.
"What happened in Boston?" Kevin and Nick asked as Joe looked at me.
"Um. I really don't feel like talking about right now. Maybe later," I said.
"Okay," they replied.
"It's getting kinda late, I should probably head home," I said. "Can you give me a ride home Joe?" I asked.
"Yeah, of course. I'll be back in a bit," Joe said to Kevin and Nick.
"See ya Alyssa," Kevin said.
"I want a rematch," Nick said.
"Of course," I said laughing. "Bye guys," I said as Joe and I left. We got into the car and 10 minutes later we arrived at my house.
"I'll talk to you later," Joe said as I started to get out of the car. "Maybe we can hang out this weekend, I know Nick will enjoy that rematch you promised him."
"Haha yeah, sounds good. That is unless my teachers decide to be evil and give us a bunch of homework because we just got off of spring break, but I have a bad case of senioritis so its all good," I said laughing.
"Okay," Joe said smiling. "I'll call you. Bye Alyssa."
"See ya! It was good to actually meet you," I said as Joe pulled out of my driveway and I went back inside.
"So how was your date with your rock star boyfriend?" my mom asked.
"He's not my boyfriend, but it was a lot of fun," I said.
"I like him, he seemed genuinely concerned when I was telling him about the Boston incident," my mom said.
"Hey we want details," Leigh said as she and Stephanie walked into the house.
"What's his name?" Stephanie asked.
"His name is Joe and we talked for a little bit to get to know each other," I started.
"Aren't you forgetting a small detail?" my mom asked.
"I'm getting there," I said. "Anyway after we went to his house to play Guitar Hero with his brothers, Kevin and Nick," I continued.
"Wait Joe, Kevin, and Nick?" Stephanie and Leigh asked at the same time.
"Yup," I said smiling answering their unasked question.
"You're friends with the Jonas Brothers! That is amazing!" they both yelled.
"Well we should go, we'll talk tomorrow at school," Stephanie said as they left.
"Hey mom I was wondering if I could go with Joe to Boston in a few weeks?" I asked.
"Are you sure?" my mom asked skeptically.
"Yeah, I think its time I deal with this and Joe's the only one that knows," I said.
"I'll have to talk to your dad about it when he gets home," my mom told me.
"Okay," I replied and went to my room to listen to music and think about what had happened in the last few hours. Joe Jonas was my mystery guy and in a half hour he knew both my secrets: that I was rich and what happened in Boston, plus he told me his deepest secret as well. Today was definitely a good day.
