This is basically a testament to the Baby Signing Time videos (http://www.signingtime.com/babysigningtime/index.htm) ... plus some proud parents bragging about their little one. :-D No signs were being demonstrated for her, she had them memorized.
She had just turned 14 months at the time of the video.

  • Your little one is one of the best little signers I have seen. Very good fine motor control skills for her 14 months. I wish you had followed up with more videos to show her progress. How is she signing now. At the rate she is going she can interpret for me very soon. Charming little one. Keep up the GREAT work.

  • This is amazing and your daughter is so beautiful!

  • Thanks, we started playing the videos and interacting with her with it around 3 months old. As an update, she's still signing away like a second language but a great grasp of verbal language as well now that she's 2 and 1/2. :) She still loves Signing Time.

  • My daughter, Kalen, loves watching baby Lyora sign. I added Lyora to our playlist of signing YouTube videos.

  • Wow! Gary, I'm so sad to hear that. At least it appears that this generation of children will change all of that!

  • She is SO cute! I'm an ASL interpreter-in-training, and I am so excited to have children and to teach them to sign! It's really amazing to see that it can be done, and how natural it looks like it feels to her, almost like a game. Thanks for posting :)
