Police Training Video - Combating Hippies and Drugs - Peter Capusotto Subtitled

Homeland Security has discovered this 1960s Argentine police training video, which was lost over time but later discovered and presented as part of a rock and roll comedy show, Peter Capusotto y sus Videos, starring Diego Capusotto.

Although Argentina was unable to win the war against hippieism without military intervention using U.S. funding and training and a plan designed by Nobel laureate Henry Kissinger, we can still gain insight into fighting hippieism and drug abuse from these old documents.

Notes on translation:
Hambourgeoisie - This joke works better in Spanish, where "burguesa" means "bourgeoise" and "hamburguesa" means "hamburger".
Pete or Townshend - Originally Nito Mestre, a rock musician from Argentina.
