Here are three reasons I love Eugene, Oregon.. Supplemented with a few great spots to spend some time :)
A few spots seen here:
1. Saturday Market
2. Hendricks Park
3. Alton Baker Park
4. Top of the Butte
5. Eugene Celebration
6. Florence Beach
7. Dexter Reservoir
I know he only asked for three~ but technically a few listed are out of town a bit! :)

@KKKSuperFan The KKK did march in Eugene and light Crosses on Skinner's Butte back in the 1920's. It looks like you were born 70 years too late.

@phiznak That is probably because if you were caught being Black in Oregon women would by law be whipped 20 times and men 30 times each year. That law was repealed in about 1920.

@izmar Hey Yo' - I live up here in Ptld - never got down to Eugene - Sure would loved to have seen The Moody Blues. They're my Guitar Heroes - and - JUSTIN - well - guess I'm jis' an ol' hippie chick, remembering how it felt to be alive in 1969. ( I heard Eugene was full of ancient hippies guess I'd fit right in. )

I'm tired of living in Eugene. Everyone think they're such a big deal. You're either a hippie, or a rich person who thinks they're down to Earth because they live next to a tree. Dont get me wrong, hippies are nice people. But get with the times. Im sick of the smell of incense. Nothing happens in Eugene. It's boring 90% of the time.

Lived there for 50 years...no more...will visit in the summer and fall...can't hack the rain and the cold anymore..or the local economy...and by the way...its not the beach....its the coast....obviously not from Oregon.
