The origin of our conscious awareness is the Spiritual Heart. By learning to connect with and meditate upon the Spiritual Heart, we can more deeply connect to the Source of material manifestation.

In this Satsang with the Self video session, we are guided to meditate upon the Spiritual Heart, allowing our habitual location of awareness the mind to change. By guiding our awareness deeper in the Spiritual Heart we can free ourselves from personal ego identification and return ourselves to our natural state of Pure Consciousness.

Free yourself from the limitation caused the identification within the thinking mind. Learn to experience yourself as Pure Consciousness. Free from the limitations of ego. Become aware of the deeper truths of your being. Learn to use your Consciousness to create the life that your Heart desires within this world.

I don't think he's trying to look like Jesus. I see a person that's letting his hair grow longer. According to traditional yoga, the hair acts like an antennae that collect cosmic rays helping the brain work better. Therefore the longer hair, the better. Yogis should never cut their hair. Buddhists, on the other hand, shave their heads to better allow the rays to penetrate the skull. For myself I prefer a manageable mid range. (BTW trees also work the antennae /hair of the earth).

@oscard1113 I thought the same way until I read The Ringing Cedars of Russia, a story of a woman who lives in Siberia all year round and in the open air, bathes in ice cold water, doesn't wear coats or anything like that, she's simply let her body become resistent to the low temperatures from birth.

Is your Hell the same hell that is taught by others? Do you have proof that an otherworldly Hell exists? Do those who teach you about this otherworldly Hell have proof? Or is this Hell imagined?

Is your own experience of a personal Hell created by your own mind or is it an objective place existing in this world?

The more deeply we look at our ideas and test them, the better we are able to create a life that serves us and creates more happiness.

It is important that we learn to create our own truth and be discerning about what we accept from other people to become our truth.

Ask these simple questions to yourself and it may help you answer your own question.
