Yet more footage from my General Kratos No Upgrade Run. As it says on the screen, You can make this fight really easy, you can also make it quite difficult. the trick to making it easy is preventing the first two beast lords from summoning Cyclopii. There are a few ways you can do this,I like bow shots. Spending 8MP or 12MP (I think I fired three shots) to prevent 2 cyclops beserkers from showing up strikes me as god value. Atlas Quake works well too but costs a little more, (20MP). Two base level CR orbs would do the trick (2x10MP) as would one MAX (increased range 16.5MP cost) not sure if a single lvl2 CR would hit both, don't really care. All this MP cost shit ain't my style. If you were MAX running no doubt a single GR would petrify both beast lords, try it Snake if you read this in time. I like this particular fight because it has a great levelling effect. When you use these tactics the three variables that affect (or is it effect, I forget [or never knew] which is correct) what damage each move does: Weapon Level, Costume and Difficulty all become redundant. Don't know why but I love that. Its the instant kill nature of hurling the little fuckers over the edge that does it. There aren't many fights that have this effect, I can think of using the BH on wave 3 of the Endurance Run that has this effect and using the tactics that I did in my Perseus/Edge of Creation vid. Instant killing via traps/ledges etc, I just love it. I know, I'm weird

What does General Kratos Outfit's Effect?

I don't recall it all offhand but what I do know is that

compared to Titan Mode with normal Kratos

Collisons are at 200%

Armour is at 10%

Green/blue orbs recovered from chests are at 50% i.e 25MP/HP per chest.

So in summary, you take MASSIVE DAMAGE but COLLISIONS DO DOUBLE DAMAGE.

I'll soon be covering the percentiles of GoWII as I did the GoW1 percentiles. Hell, I'll likely just go ahead and add the base stats in respects to what isn't altered by difficulty (purely attire based). Just so it doesn't turn up separtely.

Though nothing tops Hound kicks...Beast Lords, Hades' Fiends, etc. aren't bad for OH to a Cyclops' face. There are plenty of good methods of getting collisions to tear targets assunder.

I don't see why they don't use their summon horn (would suck if too whored) beyond canned points in a fights..like Priests..who have canned summons.

street, its hard not to love that. With GK (or Hercules) the Beast Lord becomes the perfect tool to destroy the Cyclops Beserker with.

Personally I think they should use their "summoning horn" more often, it would make this fight a lot more interesting.
