I've never even spoke a lot of german and i can tell that accent is awful

His grammar is excellent, but his accent is awful. I don't think the man can speak German at all, because if your grammar is that good, you must have been exposed to spoken German a lot. If that were the case, his pronounciation woud have been far better. I think it's very likely he's simply reading his lines without understanding them. He also stresses words at the right time by simply reading periods and comma's.
