@xtemetoker420 I have 2 6 foot Ugly Stiks Last summer I landed several 5-7 pound Smallies and a couple big Largemouths, she held up just fine. That's the point of the rod, It's meant to bend like that. Not to mention you can feel everything going on at the other end, and the flipping and jigging action you get out of it is insane. By the way, Nice fucking name you queer.

To start with an ugly stick can bend double without breaking. I catch catfish and bass constantly with no problems with the same set up, That's what the drag is for. Ever hear of one of those? Get yourself a broomstick and some clothes line. That would fix you up just right. "You sound like an idiot. "

@RedneckOutdoorsProd trout is fine... but even a small 10'' bass (smallmouth or largemouth) will snap that and same for catfish... and you cannot control what size fish gets on your rod, its better to get a bigger more expensive rod for bass and catfish and etc. for trout that rod is great but if you snap your rod on a big bass then you gotta buy another one just spend more $ on a better rod for bass and larger game fish... asumming that you even know how to fish... you look like a fag
