  • @thedrumify you shouldn't be feeling your back hurt, it means you're not playing right. Don't damage your back! Instead of bending over using your back, bend your knees and keeping your back straight (like squatting)...your back should not hurt the next day!

  • So....what doesn't get used? And I suppose now I know why I feel like I should just keel over and die after six hours straight...couldn't lift my arm above my head this morning.

  • @thedrumify thats because you are not stretching enough or you need to work on your stomach muscles to support your back.

  • And they all hurt after a game/practice even if you are in shape or not...

  • What the hell, look at the back, the lower part of it is used while playing field hockey a lot!

    I feel it every time :'(
