It's made of diamond plate aluminum, so you don't have to worry about it rusting. Plus, that price includes the cover, a set of 12 ft ramps (that fold up to six ft), adaptor bars and either side rails (if you have the side loading package) or the rear cab guard (if you have the rear loading package.)
