Why should I hire a DUI Attorney to fight my DUI case?

Well, it depends on what you want. If you just want to go into court and plead guilty, the judge will give you a punishment, you can do that. But in that case, the judge is going to give you whatever punishment that the judge feels appropriate and you may get a larger sentence than you would if someone else was representing you. If you have an attorney, the attorney can review your case to see if maybe there is a problem you didn't even know about. Maybe there was an evidence issue, a police conduct issue, or other problems, technical issues that would cause the case to be either dismissed or reduced. If you also had an attorney to negotiate, in many case you get a better deal than you would've had if you just pled guilty before a judge. And then lastly, if you want to fight a dui case, you have to have an attorney for that. YOu can't fight these cases without one. They're not just regular criminal cases, they're actually somewhat scientific in nature. You need somebody who understands what's going on, what the evidence needs to be so that they can help you fight that case better.

So by representing yourself in court, you could be leaving yourself wide open to be receiving an even stiffer punishment.

That's corrrect and you're also possibly missing out on the benefits of errors and mistakes the police made that could even cause your case to be dismissed. So, you're really, not only are you suffering more of a punishment, you may be missing out on potential benefits that an attorney will be able to find for you.

Lawers work for the same people prosecuting you. It is a scam, and nobody "needs" a lawer. All you need to do is not argue anything in court. Just deny any juristiction they have over you using U.C.C. Lawers are not honorable, and they juice money from you just like the corrupt goverment does.
