READ FIRST PLAESE!
Children and teens with cancer are often misunderstood. Misunderstood about their appearance, the way they may act, and the way their treatment works. They are often made fun of for having no hair, or nasty rumors are spread about their constant absence in school. When I found this poem, I knew it as the perfect oportunity to address this.
This video was made with the pictures of the harsh battle of childhood cancer. I made however, another video using the same poem of the kids battling cancer, just being kids.
I hope this helps people understand the many children and teens battling cancer.

  • I'm right with you little man i had the exact sayings as you about people when I went through it. Am I So Different?

  • I know how this is. I just finished my chemo in October, and it was kinda annoying. In the begging stage, anytime I wanted to have someone over, my mom would go HAVE THEY BEEN SICK LATLEY? YOUR COUNTS WERE KINDA LOW, NO OUTSIDE TODAY! -___- But it dosent make us TO differnt.

  • jadeyboo27--God bless you...stay strong..keep a possitive attitude..My daughter is fighting too...God bless

  • I lost some friends during my cancer treatments because i was different... not the spunky person i used to be,.

try not to be like those people please.

  • they are all so beutuful children. it makes me very sad when people stare at them.

its not their falt that they are diagonised with a very bad sickness. to me it is like would you like it if your child had cancer and lost his/her hair and people stare at your child? no i dont think so.

  • id like to say that im 13 and battling cancer and sadly its all true..every word..its really tough to go through and bullying doesn't help you

  • Beautiful Poem, it's so sad, they have to go through this and peolpe are treating them so bad!

  • They are only diffent in a way that they are more special and they are fighting for their lives otherwise they are equal like all of us just more innocent since they are children

beautiful video you wrote the perfect things
