introducing G.R.A.S.S.
Using the TahoeII development board and the .NET MF I participated in the Dare To Dream Different competition.
Unfortunately the board failed while I was working on it. but I still built it.
I will be getting a new board soon so I'll be able to use it, even if I don't get on to the next stage, on my own garden.
I'm a hardware guy, and this project involved building of the body along with several small circuits such as a battery charger, motor control and more.
The display is kept simple and shows information regarding the environment.
If you are developing embedded software, you should try the .NET MF. really nice and enjoyable language (especially when compared to assembly)!
EDIT: on 18/05/09 I received a new board and hooked it up and it all worked properly. I have not yet videoed it out of lack of time, but I will and show a functional prototype when I get around to it.
