@superseandude lol at you thinking that that's a Russian accent. Um...probably the reason you can't understand is because this "accent" is known as what smart people call a "non-English language". Got it now? I know...it's hard to wrap your head around the fact that not everyone speaks English.
Also, if you looked at the poster's page, this video seems to be from Slovenia, so while I'm no expert, my guess is that this language is Slovenian, not Russian.
