The Drum Pad, (The largest drum retailer in America) put on a 20th Anniversary show and hired us, Altitude Digital Productions, Inc. to create this video filmed at the Vic Theatre in Chicago. Buy it at our website at www.altitudedigital.com It features Terry Bozzio (played with Frank Zappa and Missing Persons), Chad Wackerman (Played with Frank Zappa), Mike Portnoy (of Dream Theater), Jimmy Chamberlin (of Smashing Pumpkins), Steve Smith (of Journey), Jeff Hamilton (played with Frank Sinatra), Mike Mangini (Fastest Drummer in the world), and Zakir Hussain (India's most famous tabla player today).

I know ddrummers who have a standard 5 peice set, and barely use the high hat.
its more for fun, bozzio does solos, so having an excessive ammount of toms allows for a variety of sounds.

@Skullheaddrummer we got a rager! and he's nowhere near shit, his comprehension of the drums as an instrument is far beyond yours obviously. i've seen his clinics twice and he makes pure music with extraordinary creativity. i've never once just listened to drums alone and considered it music but the grooves he does are mind boggling

@bnksns Who labels the words best drummers, there is no best, just some that can do other things then other. But in this case they got a drummer that was shit and got another that is much more talented. Just because terry bozzio has a huge drum kit doesn't make him a good drummer at all.
