I feel like the biggest A-hole in the world when i watch this video. It's unbelievable how people feel sorry for themselves when they have to deal with such insignificant things in their lives (such as myself) when someone like Patrick Hughes is as amazing as he is at the piano and the trumpet even though he is blind and can't straighten his limbs. He has re-inspired me to get back into playing my trumpet, which I plan on, one day, giving performances to raise money for those less fortunate. Thx
