for everyone here to understand this the nokia n810 is not a phone it is an internet tablet it does webcame ims internet flash skype calls but it is not a phone

this works in the n800 as well. I stream tv from my media center this way. Also i have pc control using a plugin, and keyboard/mouse control of the pc! I love this device. It makes a great boxee controller.

no orb is free to use but you need a tv tuner of somesort to give it the tv for the live tv

Basicly my laptop with digital tv receiver works as a media server and N810 works as a client.
I can remotely access my files and other recources on my laptop. i.e. use the TV receiver or even the laptop's webcam.
Just had to download and install the ORB server to my computer. As client side software you can use almost any web browser.
